A. Not every business needs packages or teams or, for that matter, team building. To start, we interview you, your staff and even clients and customers to see where your broad business projectory is going. Then we present a plan to you. (See pricing for all these stages.)

Q. What kind of plan?
A. An Initial Action Plan (IAP) that includes first tools and tactics we think *may* work best for you based on first impressions. This is the first phase. Not until these tools and tactics are tested and reviewed will we move into the second phase.

Q. What is the second phase?
A. That's after we've reviewed the results of the IAP with you. We then make changes to any of the marketing elements we started in the first phase. This could include changes, edits and additions to your web site, sales funnels, ad campaigns, photos and videos that we might have started in the IAP. We keep testing, trying out and seeing what works best.

Q. What is the third phase?
A. That's when we set in the tools and tactics for a set period of time. We keep an eye on it to make sure you are now securely in a growth mode and if not, we jump in to keep your profit line in the upward direction.
